Today I went to view the Caravaggio exhibit at the Palazzo Pitti -one of 3 galleries holding the exhibit until the 17th of this month.
Amazing work from the 1600's ... great use of light and dark, really enjoyed seeing how these artists manipulated the clothes, skin tones and expressions of the faces.
